Then Blueprint Coaching is for you!
Blueprint Coaching 2019 is focused on how to lead change in your church. This day and a half event is solely focused on hands-on, practical leadership training in a small group environment. And to make sure that every church leader leaves with a personalized plan for change, we are capping this event at 300. So if you know you need to lead change, but not sure where to starts, then make sure to join us at a Blueprint Coaching event.
We knew our church needed to focus more on leadership development and training volunteers. LifeWay Leadership helped us do just that.
Seth Kaiser of City Light Baptist Church
LifeWay Leadership helped us clarify our language so that we can create the right type of culture for leadership development.
Greg Anderson of Traders Point Christian Church
Through coaching, LifeWay Leadership helped us develop our own philosophy for what leadership development looks like in our church.
Aaron Shamp of Redeemer City Church
These events are a great opportunity for a church staff to come together to talk about leadership development and formulate a strategy to implement change in their church.
This is the unique aspect of Blueprint Coaching. In addition to 3 main sessions, you will be assigned a coaching room. These are smaller, more interactive environments that include 30-50 participants with each coach. The coaching room is where you’ll do the majority of your work during the events.
Pipeline, a core aspect of LifeWay Leadership, is still available as a 1-day pre-conference to this event. Pipeline is foundational to everything we do at LifeWay Leadership and we will be including elements of leadership pipeline within our coaching days that deal with leading change.
