Kevin Peck is the Lead Pastor and an elder at the Austin Stone Community Church in Austin, Texas. In partnership with founding and preaching pastor Matt Carter, Kevin has seen God grow the Austin Stone from a small gathering of young people to a city-loving church of over 7000. His primary role is to lead and develop elders, deacons, and other leaders so that God’s church would be led toward the vision of exalting Christ in their city and throughout the nations. Kevin plans, writes, teaches, and leads Austin Stone’s teams to strive with all of God’s energy to accomplish the mission He has set before them. Kevin earned a Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Kevin and his wife, Leslie, have three daughters.
Then Pipeline Coaching is for you!
Pipeline Coaching 2019 is focused on how to develop leaders in your church. This day and a half event is solely focused on hands-on, practical leadership training in a small group environment. So if you know you need to develop leaders, but are not sure where to start, then join us at a Pipeline Coaching event.
We knew our church needed to focus more on leadership development and training volunteers. Lifeway Leadership helped us do just that.
Seth Kaiser of City Light Baptist Church
Lifeway Leadership helped us clarify our language so that we can create the right type of culture for leadership development.
Greg Anderson of Traders Point Christian Church
Through coaching, Lifeway Leadership helped us develop our own philosophy for what leadership development looks like in our church.
Aaron Shamp of Redeemer City Church
These events are a great opportunity for a church staff to come together to talk about leadership development and formulate a strategy to develop leaders in their church.
This is the unique aspect of Pipeline Coaching. Coaching rooms are smaller, more interactive environments that include 30-50 participants with each coach. The coaching room is where you’ll do the majority of your work during the events.
