About Blueprint Coaching
Blueprint Coaching 2019 is focused on how to lead change in your church. This day and a half event is solely focused on hands-on, practical leadership training in a small group environment. And to make sure that every church leader leaves with a personalized plan for change, we are capping this event at 300. Who is Blueprint Coaching for?
These events are a great opportunity for a church staff to come together to talk about leadership development and formulate a strategy to implement change in their church.
What is the coaching element of these events?
This is the unique aspect of Blueprint Coaching. In addition to 3 main sessions, you will be assigned a coaching room. These are smaller, more interactive environments that include 30-50 participants with each coach. The coaching room is where you’ll do the majority of your work during the events.
Where is the Pipeline event?
Pipeline, a core aspect of Lifeway Leadership, is still available as a 1-day pre-conference to this event. Pipeline is foundational to everything we do at Lifeway Leadership and we will be including elements of leadership pipeline within our coaching days that deal with leading change.
