About Blueprint Coaching
Pipeline Coaching 2019 is focused on how to develop leaders in your church. This day and a half event is solely focused on hands-on, practical leadership training in a small group environment. Who is Blueprint Coaching for?
These events are a great opportunity for a church staff to come together to talk about leadership development and formulate a strategy to implement change in their church.
What is the coaching element of these events?
This is the unique aspect of Blueprint Coaching. In addition to 3 main sessions, you will be assigned a coaching room. These are smaller, more interactive environments that include 30-50 participants with each coach. The coaching room is where you’ll do the majority of your work during the events.
