Leadership Pipeline Framework

Over the course of three meetings, you will be equipped with a philosophy and framework for leadership development. This framework will provide you with the necessary tools to help you immediately implement a leadership pipeline in your local church context.

Scripture is the foundation for all that we are and everything we do. As a result, your role as a church leader is to live out Ephesians 4 by learning how to recruit, develop, and deploy all of God's people for the work of ministry, to build up the body of Christ.

Scripture

Developing a strategy to bring people into your ministry is not just about learning best practices for onboarding. A properly deployed leadership pipeline focuses on developing people, not delegating tasks.

Strategy

Mapping out a structure for your church focuses on defining the roles and levels of your leadership pipeline. By doing this, you will create a greater measure of clarity and alignment for the ministries in your church.

Structure

Over time, your church will not drift toward simplicity. Like structure, your systems must be clarified and aligned to develop your people and give away ministry processes.

Systems

People need a map, not a menu for their training and development. You must identify core universal competencies or skills for each level of leadership to determine if someone is qualified and competent to serve at that leadership level.

Skills

Style is how you equip and train your people. In today's constantly-connected culture, you need a high-tech and "high touch" approach to development that address the different levels of competence among your leaders.

Style

Did you know that we have coached over 2,800 leaders through our Leadership Pipeline Process?

Now with our Pipeline Learning Community format, you will get an even deeper and more extensive opportunity to examine and implement this framework in your local context.
