This 6-month experience is centered around a small and interactive learning community specifically designed for leadership pipeline implementation. You will meet with your community 3 times and reach significant milestones at each step of the way.
Strategic Leadership Community
The Strategic Leadership Community is designed for leaders looking to invest in their own leadership and move you and your organization from intuitive thinking to strategic thinking.
Over the course of three gatherings, you will be equipped with a philosophy and framework for strategic leadership. It is hosted by Kevin Peck, Lead Pastor of The Austin Stone Community Church and Josh Patterson, Lead Pastor at The Village Church.
